All Me: The Life and Times of Winfred Rembert premiered at the Hamptons International Film Festival in 2011. The film was then screened across the U.S. and Canada winning many audience and festival awards. All Me was also part of the first season of America Reframed series on PBS.
Over the decade that followed, director Vivian Ducat - and frequently, Winfred and members of both of their families - crisscrossed the United States, screening All Me at art house theaters, museums, galleries, libraries, churches, universities, schools, bookstores, and other venues including the Library of Congress.
From the public’s exposure to Winfred’s life and art through the film, as well as the small exhibitions which often accompanied these screenings, a national following for Winfred’s story and his artwork developed.
